The interest form begins a conversation. It does not automatically place an order or reserve a date.

    Tell me your vision

    Choose an occasion and size, share your colors and wording, select upgrades, and provide the date you need it.

  2. 02

    Receive your quote

    Submit the interest form. I’ll review your request and email a custom quote within 48 hours.

  3. 03

    Approve and book

    Approve the quote and pay the 50% non-refundable deposit. Only then is the commission officially booked.

  4. 04

    Review the mockup

    I’ll create a digital mockup. You can request necessary adjustments before final approval and painting begins.

  5. 05

    Approve the finished banner

    I’ll send a final photo preview. The remaining balance is due after approval and before coordinated pickup or delivery.

Does submitting the form book my order?

No. The form starts an inquiry. Your commission is officially booked only after you receive and approve a quote and pay the 50% non-refundable deposit.

When will I hear back?

I review each inquiry and email a custom quote within 48 hours. A standard production turnaround has not yet been published.

When is payment due?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book the commission and begin the design process. The remaining balance is due after you approve the final photo preview and before pickup or delivery.

Can I request design changes?

Yes. I provide a digital mockup and you may request necessary adjustments during that stage. Major changes requested after physical production begins may incur an additional fee.

What sizes are available?

Standard options range from 3 ft × 2 ft through 8 ft × 4 ft, using width × height. Custom sizes can be quoted individually.

What upgrades can I request?

Options include lamination, custom-painted characters, specialty paint, a white background, extended messages, logo recreation, and rush requests. Decorative borders are included.

Are rush requests available?

A request needed within three days carries a $30 rush upgrade. Submit the needed-by date so I can review availability; the inquiry itself is not a guarantee.

How do pickup and delivery work?

Choose local porch pickup or local delivery. Delivery beyond 15 miles of Selden costs $15 for each additional 10 miles. Details are coordinated after final payment without publishing a private address.

Who receives the community discount?

Qualifying local small businesses, schools, libraries, hospitals, nonprofits, charities, youth sports organizations, and veteran organizations receive 15% off.
