My process keeps the quote, booking, design approval, and final payment stages clear.

    Tell me your vision

    Choose an occasion and size, share your colors and wording, select upgrades, and provide the date you need it.

  2. 02

    Receive your quote

    Submit the interest form. I’ll review your request and email a custom quote within 48 hours.

  3. 03

    Approve and book

    Approve the quote and pay the 50% non-refundable deposit. Only then is the commission officially booked.

  4. 04

    Review the mockup

    I’ll create a digital mockup. You can request necessary adjustments before final approval and painting begins.

  5. 05

    Approve the finished banner

    I’ll send a final photo preview. The remaining balance is due after approval and before coordinated pickup or delivery.

Design & usage policies

This website summarizes my confirmed process. The Google Form remains the authoritative place where current terms are presented and accepted.

Payment process

  1. 01

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially book your commission and begin the design process.

  2. 02

    The remaining balance is due upon your approval of the final photo preview of the completed banner, immediately before pickup or delivery.

Design and revision

  1. 03

    A digital mockup of the banner will be provided for review so necessary adjustments can be made. Once final approval is given on the mockup, physical production will begin.

  2. 04

    Major design changes requested after production has started may incur an additional fee.

Method of delivery

  1. 05

    Pickup or delivery will be coordinated once final payment is received.

  2. 06

    For locations beyond 15 miles of Selden, a $15 travel fee applies for every additional 10 miles.

Intellectual property and usage

  1. 07

    I retain all rights to mockups and progress photos sent during the design phase. They are for review purposes only and cannot be used, shared, or printed.
